ICDR-S Presents: The Dysphagia Recipe Book!
This is a one-of-a-kind recipe book for people with dysphagia! It features a collection of family recipes submitted by UofT students that:
- Fit common dietary modifications for people with swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
- Are healthy, delicious and appealing for the whole family to enjoy together
- Are culturally diverse to fit the needs of our multicultural Canadian population!
For $5, you will receive a PDF of the cookbook that you can email or print to share with patients, colleagues, and families. All proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will go towards disability and rehabilitation services in Trinidad, Cameroon, and India through the International Centre for Disability and Rehabilitation (ICDR).
